Good reasons to write
- A rate on the site does not match IBJA's published rate for the same session.
- A rule or figure in one of our guides has changed or is wrong.
- A calculator gives a result that does not add up.
- A page does not work on your phone or browser.
When reporting a rate, tell us the page, the time you saw it, and the figure you expected.
What we cannot help with
We do not buy, sell, value or test gold, and we do not arrange loans. We cannot advise you on whether to buy, sell or invest. For a dispute with a jeweller, keep your bill and see our hallmark and HUID guide for how to get a piece tested.
Never send us bank details, passwords, OTPs or identity documents. We will never ask for them.
